The University has initiated a new campaign - Reach Out - to signpost students to a range of services available to those with mental health issues. Take a look at the new student support pages. You can also contact the student union advice service  to get advice on a whole range of issues from housing, finance, harassment and sexual misconduct  to well being and equality and inclusion.

University of Cambridge sports club guide 
NHS mental health free text messaging support service has launched to help people who need immediate support for their mental health. Launched by NHS Cambridgeshire & Peterborough, the free to use text service HEAR 85258 provides real-time support to people of all ages. When texting the word HEAR to 85258, the person will be connected to a trained volunteer. During the confidential and anonymous conversation, the texter will be supported and signposted to local and national mental health services.
The Cambridge Student Union ADHD Society - We are a welcoming and inclusive ADHD society. Our sessions are social, but practical, and we share tips and resources for studying, procrastination, and self-care, as well as arranging study groups or study buddies. Meetings take place in-person at Murray Edwards JCR and online. You can find more information here: the ADHD Society (cambridgesu.co.uk).
